Membership Dues

Annual dues are $400 per parcel, per year due in January, as of 1/2026. All homeowners are automatically required to follow the CC&R’s and Architectural Guidelines of the CRHOA whether they pay dues or not. Dues-paying members are extremely valuable to the neighborhood as this organization could not function without them!
