Annual dues are $400 per parcel, per year (as of 1/2026). All homeowners are automatically required to follow the CC&R’s and Architectural Guidelines of the CRHOA whether they pay dues or not. Dues-paying members are extremely valuable to the neighborhood as this organization could not function without them!

HOA dues help preserve what makes the California Riviera such a special and desirable neighborhood. They support architectural oversight and enforcement of community standards, including review of new construction and exterior improvements, all aimed at protecting the character, appearance, and long-term value of the neighborhood. Dues also help fund neighborhood events that strengthen community connection among residents.
