Welcome to the California Riviera Home Owners Association!

Welcome to the California Riviera Home Owners Association!  It’s easy for you to get Riviera news and reports, see our calendar of events, download forms, and more!  CRHOA is still up and running despite the coronavirus.  Feel free to contact us.  Stay safe all!

The California Riviera Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions — which apply to all property in the California Riviera tracts — require that plans for construction or landscaping be submitted to and approved by the Association before work begins. This includes demolition of existing homes or other structures, the construction of new homes, remodeling which affects the exterior or the square footage of a house (including changing windows, doors or exterior railings, or adding skylights, air conditioning or solar equipment), replacement of a roof, and the addition of or changes to landscaping or hardscaping (including exterior fireplaces, pools, spas, fences, walls, gates, hedges, walks, driveways, mailbox structures and planting and other improvements in the City-owned parkway area (12 to 15 feet) between the street and the property line). Please see the Association’s Architectural Guidelines and application forms, the most current versions of which can be downloaded from the Documents & Forms page of this web site.
