Architectural Guidelines & Forms
Below you will find the documents and forms that you can click on, download and print for your convenience. You may then fill out the applications and submit them to CRHOA. You can also fill out these forms by going to the appropriate link under Documents/Forms.
The next submittal date is Wednesday, June 17 for a June 26 meeting.
SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE:
Application + Fee + 2 full sized paper sets of plans + 1 reduced size set of paper plans + a scalable PDF of the plans are required.
Send via messenger 2 full sized paper sets and 1 reduced size set of the plans to the CRHOA distributed as follows:
- One set should be sent to: Richard Blumenberg at 11500 Olympic Blvd, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Receptionist line: 310-312-4540.
- One set should be sent to: Zhila Ross, 1331 North Bundy Dr., Los Angeles, CA 90049

One reduced-size set should be sent to Emily Lawrence at 693 Amalfi Drive, PP, 90272. (It’s ok to leave on the front porch on submittal day; otherwise call 310-454-5245 for arrangements.)
Submit the original signed application to the CRHOA with the copies of the plan sets to be delivered to Emily Lawrence as specified above. Please assure that the application correctly shows the legal owner(s) of title to the property (individuals or entity, as applicable) and that the application is signed by or on behalf of the legal owners (e.g., if the holder of title is an LLC,, then the manager of the LLC must sign and the signature block must show that individual’s title).

Once the application and all required document plans are received for initial review, an architectural fee will be applied to your account with PMP. Fees will be based on whether you are a paid HOA member, non-member, and request type. The PMP Association Community Manager will notify you of the fee by email upon initial review. At this time, the fee will be applied to your online account.
Pay the fee. Payments can be made by logging into the PMP Member Gateway.
